Effective immediately, you will now access your BlueClaws tickets using your MLB.com account and the MiLB app.
What is this change to my account and why is it happening?
This change is being made to connect your ticketing account with MLB.com’s account services and is intended to make the ballpark experience easier for you. For the first time, you’ll be able to purchase, access, manage and scan your tickets using an MLB account.
If you already are logged in with your MLB account in either the MiLB app or the BlueClaws website, any tickets you purchase automatically will be associated with your account for easy access.
With this change, do I need to create a new account to access my tickets?
You’ll now be able to access your tickets by creating an MLB account if you don’t already have one OR by logging in to an existing MLB account.
• If you don't already have an MLB account and need to create one, please create a new account using the same email address as your previous ticketing account.
• If you already have an MLB account that uses the same email address as your previous ticketing account, you should be able to log in with your MLB account credentials and seamlessly access your tickets.
How do I create a new account?
You can create an MLB account across any MiLB or MLB digital platform. When prompted on any login page on MiLB.com, MLB.com, or in the MiLB or MLB app, click “Sign up” to create a new account.
You should create a new account using the same email address as your previous ticketing account.
How do I access my tickets?
You can access and manage your tickets by logging into your MLB account online via the BlueClaws website or in the MiLB app.
For the easiest experience, we recommend you download the MiLB app, log in or create an MLB account, and follow your local team using the app’s onboarding flow.
From the team tab, click “My Tickets” under “Quick Links.” If already logged in, you’ll be able to directly access and manage your tickets. (Otherwise, you’ll be able to log in with your MLB account credentials or create an account as outlined above.)

Step 1 - Go to blueclaws.com on your mobile device and click on the 'Access Your Tickets.com Account' under the Tickets/Groups Dropdown (or click here).
Step 2 - If you haven't yet logged in, tap SIGN UP to set up an account. If you have, enter the email address and password associated with your account. Tap Reset Password if you are unable to remember your password.
As noted above, if you are creating a new MLB.com account, please be sure to use the same email address as your existing account.
Step 3 - Once logged in to your account, tap View Tickets to view your tickets for your next game or tap View All Ticket Inventory to view tickets for all future dates. (Note - if you are seeing a messaging that no ticket inventory is available, simply refresh your browser.)
Step 4 - After selecting the date of the game you are attending, a list of tickets for that date will appear. Tap on the specific tickets to view the barcode.
Step 5 - After selecting specific tickets, a barcode will appear. Please have this page visible on your phone when you approach the gate. You can add these tickets to your Apple or Google wallet for quick retrieval on game days (we recommend you do this!). Tap Next Ticket to scan barcodes on any additional tickets you may have.
Step 1 - Once logged into your account, tap View Tickets to view tickets for the next game or View All Ticket Inventory to view future games.
Step 2 - Select the game date you would like to transfer.
Step 3 - Once you have selected a game, click on the ‘Ticket Actions’ button at the bottom of the page and choose ‘Forward,'
Step 4 - Select the tickets you would like to forward and click on the ‘Choose Friend’ button at the bottom of the page.
Step 5 - Choose the friend who will receive your tickets or click ‘Add Friend’ at the bottom of the screen to add a new friend.
Step 6 - Once you have a selected a friend, hit the 'Forward Tickets' button at the bottom of the page.
Step 1 - Once logged into your account, tap View Tickets to view tickets for the next game or View All Ticket Inventory to view future games. Select the game date you would like to exchange.
