Bob McLane, General Manager

Bob was named BlueClaws General Manager on December 19, 2023. He joined the BlueClaws Front Office in September of 2018 after a long stint with the Yankees AAA-Affiliate in northeast PA. His relationship with ShoreTown Baseball is what drew him to this new opportunity, and the possibility to bring his family to the Jersey Shore and the amazing local communities that make up the region were perfect for his family.

Mike is in his 15th year of professional baseball, all with the BlueClaws, eight as the Assistant Groundskeeper and four as the Director of Grounds. Mike previously worked for the Glenwood Country Club in Old Bridge, NJ as an Assistant Superintendant in golf course operations. He is a graduate of Rutgers University with a degree in plant science, turfgrass, and horticulture. Mike has completed internships with the Walt Disney Corporation in Lake Buena Vista, Florida in golf course management and with the BlueClaws. He resides in Jackson.
