The Tacoma Rainiers scored four runs in the bottom of the ninth inning to come back and beat the El Paso Chihuahuas 8-7 at Cheney Stadium Tuesday afternoon. Patrick Wisdom hit a game-ending three-run home run for Tacoma, his league-leading 33^rd homer of the year.

Braedon Karpathios started in right field and walked three times for El Paso on the day he was promoted from Double-A San Antonio. Miguel Andujar was El Paso's designated hitter on MLB Injury Rehab and he went 1-for-4 with an RBI double. The Chihuahuas turned a double play in the bottom of the fourth inning, their 143^rd double play of the season to tie the team record set in 2014. Will Wagner and Nick Pratto had two hits each for El Paso.

El Paso starter JP Sears faced just one batter over the minimum in his four-inning scoreless start, striking out five. Alek Jacob pitched 1.1 scoreless relief innings for the Chihuahuas. Tuesday was the first game of El Paso's final road series of the season.
