Missy Dies joined the RubberDucks as the Office Manager in October 2014. Prior to joining the RubberDucks, Dies worked at salons doing hair for 16 years with the last eight being at a children’s salon. A native of Perryton, Texas, Dies is a graduate of Strongsville High School (OH) and Grace College of Cosmetology. Her favorite baseball memories are singing God Bless America at a RubberDucks game and watching her father, Mike Hargrove, manage Cleveland in the 1995 and 1997 World Series. Dies favorite sports memory is her mom taking her and her siblings to Cleveland Municipal Stadium from 1979-1985 to watch “The Human Rain Delay” play and slamming the wooden seats up and down in the family section to rally up all the fans. She resides in Akron with her husband of over 20 years, Mike, and daughters, Madison and Ashley.
