High School Football Returns to LMCU Ballpark for First Time Since 2019

COMSTOCK PARK, Mich. – After a seven-year absence, high school football is returning to LMCU Ballpark.

On Friday, October 2, the Sparta Spartans will host the Coopersville Broncos in the first football game at LMCU Ballpark since 2019. Kickoff is scheduled for 7 p.m., with gates opening at 5:30 p.m.

The special matchup will bring the sights, sounds and excitement of Friday night football back to Comstock Park, giving players, families and fans the opportunity to experience high school football in the unique setting of LMCU Ballpark.

“We’re excited to welcome high school football back to LMCU Ballpark for the first time since 2019,” said Dan Morrison, Vice President of Sales. “The ballpark has hosted countless memorable events over the years, and we’re thrilled to add Friday night football back to that list. We think this will be a great experience for the Sparta and Coopersville communities and everyone who comes out to support these student-athletes.”

Ticket Information

General admission tickets are $8 for adults and $5 for students and seniors ages 60 and older. Children under the age of five are admitted free.

Parking will be available for $5 per car or $10 per bus.
