The Onondaga Coach Ticket Office at NBT Bank Stadium is located next to the Home Plate Gate.

Hours:

Non-game Day: Monday-Friday, 10am to 5pm
Home Game Day:
- Monday-Friday, 10am through the end of the game
- Saturday-Sunday
  - 1:05 p.m. game - 10am through the end of the game
  - 6:35 p.m. game - 12pm through the end of the game
Please note that phone calls & orders to the ticket office will be cut off 2 hours before the start of the game on Home Game Days!

If you have a group of 15 or more people, look no further than NBT Bank Stadium! Groups can be office outings, family reunions, birthday parties, anniversary parties, & more!

Groups receive up to a $7 discount on tickets when booked through our Group Sales Department.

Dugout Box Group Tickets - $18 (regularly $25)
Outfield Box Group Tickets - $15 (regularly $20)
Upper Reserved Group Tickets - $13 (regularly $18)
