Joe is a graduate of West Virginia University and has been working in Minor League Baseball since 1995. He is from Emporium, Pennsylvania, and is married to his wife Tracy, and has three children.

During his tenure in baseball he has traveled across the country working for teams in Buffalo, New York, Nashville, Tennessee, Fresno, California, Port Charlotte, Florida, and now in South Bend. Currently, Joe leads the South Bend Cubs while holding the position of Team President. Joe was tasked with the challenge of turning around a franchise that had fallen on hard times while at the same time overseeing more than $8,000,000 in stadium upgrades and improvements over the last 6 years.

Since taking over as President prior to the 2012 season, the Silver Hawks/South Bend Cubs have seen a strong resurgence in the community and the region by posting record setting attendance figures the last four consecutive seasons. In addition to increasing attendance and improving the ballpark experience, Hart was also instrumental in signing a 10-year naming rights deal for the ballpark with Four Winds Casino Resort.

Prior to landing in South Bend, Joe was tabbed as the General Manager for one of the Ripken Baseball Franchises, the Charlotte Stone Crabs of the Florida State League. The launch of the Stone Crabs and Hart's three-year tenure were very successful as the franchise was one of the top drawing clubs in the FSL. The success of the franchise led to Joe's selection as the Florida State League Executive of the Year in 2011. Joe won the Midwest League Executive of the Year in 2013 and in 2014 was selected by St. Joseph County Chamber of Commerce as an Outstanding Young Business Leader.

Andy Francis is entering his fourth year as Assistant General Manager of Tickets for the Cubs. Francis started his professional career with the Green Bay Bullfrogs of the Northwoods League as an Inside Sales Representative. After one season, he was promoted to Assistant General Manager taking on outside sales, all ballpark operations, and financials for the team. After three combined seasons in Green Bay, Francis was promoted to General Manager of the Wisconsin Rapids Rafters where he led the team for three successful seasons. His biggest achievement while in Wisconsin Rapids was leading the team through two COVID seasons all while turning a profit in 2020 and setting revenue records in 2021.

Francis is from the Green Bay, Wisconsin area. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in 2015. He currently lives in South Bend with his wife Hannah and their dogs Finn and Hank. Francis is an avid sports fan and can be found cheering on his Wisconsin sports teams in his free time.

The 2026 season will be Justin’s second season with the South Bend Cubs and first as the Ticket Operations Manager. He graduated from Missouri State University in 2024 with a degree in Marketing and a minor an Advertising & Promotions. Prior to joining the South Bend Cubs Justin got his start in baseball as a Food and Beverage Intern with the Joliet Slammers in the Frontier League. He has also worked part time with the Chicago Bears in their ticket operations department during the 2024 football season.

Justin grew up in Lockport, Illinois. In his time away he enjoys watching his favorite Chicago sports teams (and the Pittsburgh Penguins) and attending concerts of all his favorite artists.

The 2026 season will be Jake’s fifth season with the South Bend Cubs. He graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2021 with a degree in sports management and a minor in general business. Prior to joining the South Bend Cubs Jake got his start in baseball as a ballpark operations intern with the Bismarck Larks of the Northwoods League (2020) and served as a ticket operations intern the following year with the Kane County Cougars of the American Association of Professional baseball (2021).

Jake grew up in Aurora, Illinois. In his time away from the ballpark he enjoys watching his favorite Chicago sports teams as well as the Wisconsin Badgers.

The 2026 season will be Drew’s third season with the South Bend Cubs. He joined the team in 2024 as the Junior Account Executive internship position and proceeded to put together a record-breaking season. Drew graduated in 2023 from Davenport University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Sports Management. Prior to joining the Cubs, Drew spent two summers working in the Northwoods League. In 2022, he was the Operations Intern for the Traverse City Pit Spitters and in 2023 he was the Clubhouse Operations Intern for the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders.

Drew grew up in Alpena, Michigan. When Drew is not at the ballpark, he likes to spend time at home relaxing, cooking, and watching his favorite sports teams, which are the Detroit Tigers, Detroit Lions, and the Michigan State Spartans. He also enjoys spending time with his new best friend, Plinko the cat.

The 2026 season will be Aric’s third season with the South Bend Cubs and in professional baseball. Prior to joining the South Bend Cubs, he spent 11 years in college athletics with stops at Indiana University and the University of Cincinnati working in their ticket offices.

Aric is a native of Evansville, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University with his bachelor’s degree in Recreational Sport Management in 2012 & master’s degree in Sports Administration in 2014. When not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife Brianne, daughter Camilla, and dog Hoosier.

The 2025 season marks Jordan’s first year with the South Bend Cubs. He earned his Master of Business Administration from North Central College in 2024 and a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Management in 2022. Before joining the Cubs, Jordan worked as a Graduate Assistant in athletics at North Central College and serves as an Operations Manager at Flight Levelz Entertainment.

Jordan grew up in Hobart, Indiana. When Jordan is not at the ballpark, enjoys watching his favorite sports teams—the San Francisco 49ers, Chicago Blackhawks, and Michigan Wolverines—as well as his favorite racing series.

The 2026 season will be Josh’s first year with The South Bend Cubs. He graduated from Dean College in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management. Prior to joining the South Bend Cubs, Josh got his start in professional sports as an Account Executive (2023) with the Massachusetts Pirates of the Indoor Football League and one year later served as the Vice President of Business Development (2024).

Josh grew up in Saugus, Massachusetts. When he’s not at the ballpark, he enjoys rooting for all the Boston sports teams.

The 2025 season will be Kayleigh's fourth year with the South Bend Cubs. She graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism and minor in Advertising and Public Relations. She was also a part of the women’s soccer team for four years. She got her start in Minor League Baseball in 2022 as a production intern for the South Bend Cubs.

Kayleigh was born and raised in Seattle, Washington. In her free time, she enjoys watching sporting events, traveling, working out and spending time with family and friends.

Tyler Reidy enters his first season with the South Bend Cubs in 2025. He spent the 2024 summer in the Northwoods League as the television voice of the St. Cloud Rox, working in the broadcast booth for the All-Star Game and four postseason games. At the year’s end, he was honored as the Northwoods League Broadcaster of the Year for the Great Plains Division.

Currently a student in the University of Notre Dame’s Class of 2026, Reidy is in his first year as the play-by-play voice of Fighting Irish hockey on the Notre Dame Radio Network. During the 2024-25 season, he called games at the Friendship Four tournament in Belfast, Northern Ireland, and the Frozen Confines series at Wrigley Field in Chicago. Reidy has also spent the 2024-25 school year as a Sports Director for WVFI, Notre Dame’s student radio station, and as the Sports Editor at The Observer, the student newspaper serving the campus. For WVFI, he broadcast the first College Football Playoff game in Notre Dame Stadium history and the National Championship game in Atlanta.

A native of Omaha, Nebraska, Reidy is excited to meet Cub fans around the ballpark this season and join BK in documenting the next chapter of South Bend baseball.

The 2025 Season will be Mary Lou's 12th year in the Cubs Den Team Store at Four Winds Field. A lifelong resident of South Bend/Mishawaka, Mary Lou brought 30+ years of retail experience with her to the Cubs Den. What started as a part time fun job, turned into a full-time dream job.

After the 2014 season, Mary Lou assisted with the rebranding to the South Bend Cubs. She continued to work in the Cubs Den during the following seasons and off seasons as the store adopted year-round hours. Mary Lou became part of the full-time staff as the Merchandise Assistant for the Cubs Den just prior to the 2017 season and has been the Merchandise Manager for five seasons. Mary Lou's greatest joy is to be able to share her South Bend Cubs experience with her husband, children and grandchildren.

Mary Lou and her husband Dan enjoy watching and attending sporting events and community events with their 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Backyard cookouts, softball tournaments and trips to Tennessee to visit their son and his family keep them on the go.

Mary Lou’s answer to the question “What is it like to work at Four Winds Field?” is simply, “I’ll let you know the first time I go to work.”

Jon Saunders who you may recognize as “The Sword Guy” or the merchandise model during games started at the South Bend Cubs in 2017 as a seasonal staff member in the fun zone. With the help of his boss Mary Lou, he quickly transitioned into his role as the seating bowl seller that you may run into during games known as Sword Guy! Jon was born and raised just minutes from the ballpark but never could have guessed that this part time gig would turn into his dream job!

In the 2024 season Jon had 3 major life events happen all around his game day schedule! Jon was promoted to Merchandise Assistant at the Cubs Den Team Store! Not only was he turning his passion for the fans and merchandise into a career but also on May 4th the Sword Guy got married to his wife Madelyn! Together they enjoy ND and Chicago Bears football, Chicago Cubs baseball, going on small day trips out of town, and all things Marvel and Star Wars! Jon and Maddy, on top of being newlyweds, are now new parents to a beautiful daughter, Mia Jean!

When asked “What is your favorite part of the South Bend Cubs?” Jon answered, “It’s the fans and the family atmosphere I feel with them whether we win or lose the game, I can’t wait to see my new family grow around the Cubs organization and see what the future holds!”

The 2026 season will be Patrick's fifth season as the Operations Manager with the 1st Source Bank Performance Center and the South Bend Cubs. He graduated from Trine University with a bachelor's degree in business administration and minor in marketing. In addition to his bachelor's degree, Patrick graduated with his master's degree in business administration at Indiana University South Bend in December 2025.

Patrick got his start in Minor League baseball in 2019 by doing an internship for the South Bend Cubs in Ticket Sales. He also can be found outside of work at Notre Dame working with the athletics department, working with the IU South Bend Baseball team or officiating different sporting events throughout the year.

Patrick is a South Bend native. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, time at the lake and spending time outside, while also spending quality time with his family, pets and friends during his downtime.

The 1st Source Bank Performance Center welcomes Delvin Zinn as a part of our instructor staff. The 2025 season will be Delvin's first with the South Bend Cubs and 1st Source Bank Performance Center on the Administrative side of baseball.

Delvin was an infielder drafted in 2016 by the Chicago Cubs. He has eight years of pro baseball experience, reaching as high as Double-A with the Cubs farm system. In 2019, he was a part of the South Bend Cubs Midwest League Championship team.

Delvin is from Mississippi where he played baseball at Itawamba Community College. As an instructor, he specializes in hitting, base running, and infield lessons at the 1st Source Bank Performance Center. Delvin is currently working on his studies through Louisiana State University (LSU) while working with the South Bend Cubs. He enjoys his free time on the golf course and spending time with his wife Faythe and daughter Emi.

Peter Argueta has been with the South Bend Cubs since December of 2005. He is was born and raised in Honduras, Central America and completed his undergraduate and graduate studies from Valparaiso University in Sport Management and Sport Administration, respectively. He completed internships with the now defunct (not his fault) Gary SteelHeads and the Chicago Fire before starting his career in the Sports Industry with the Gary RailCats. After one year he was lured to South Bend as the Director of Operations and has since seen and overseen many amazing transformations and additions to Four Winds Field.

Peter loves the stadium life and is very proud of all the accomplishments and acknowledgments that fans and various organizations associated with Minor League Baseball have given the facilities, the fan experience, and the South Bend Cubs organization as a whole. He is an avid soccer aficionado and loves all things food-related (so long as it isn’t vegetables…unless they’re stir-fried). Peter hates pergolas: “They are 50% incomplete and 0% useful. You get 50% sun burnt and 100% wet when it rains!!!”

Peter lives in Northwest Indiana and is happily married to the most amazing, loving, and extremely patient Lady Regent (Theresa) and together are raising two smart, talented, strong, and beautiful girls (Mari and Cynthia)…they still take A LOT of patience. The Arguetas also have a rescue dog/cow mix named Frankincense (she’s GIGANTIC! Also, she already came named. Don’t judge) and a pet cat name Ruby Slippers (also a rescue but they did name her. Judge away).

Peter looks forward to creating a clean, friendly, and most inviting environment possible for all fans and looks forward to improving upon the fan experience every year.

The 2025 season will be Carson's first year with the South Bend Cubs. He graduated from Liberty University in 2022 with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management. He got his start in Minor League Baseball in 2022 with the Iowa Cubs as a Stadium Operations Intern.

Carson was raised in Illinois. In his free time he enjoys watching sports and hanging out with his family.

The 2025 season will be Garrett's first season with the South Bend Cubs. Prior to joining the South Bend Cubs, Garrett worked as a stadium operations assistant for the Asheville Tourists.

Garrett grew up in Washington, Missouri and graduated from Southeast Missouri State University, with a bachelor's degree in sports management and a minor in business. In his free time, he enjoys watching sports, playing disc golf, cycling, and working out.

Kyle grew up in Osceola, Indiana where he attended Ball State University. He graduated with a bachelor's degree in Sports Administration Management in 2025.

He started his career in 2020 at Newton Park, working in the grounds position for two years. In 2023, Kyle moved to the South Bend Cubs as an intern, and in 2024. He became an hourly member of the grounds crew in 2025. In 2026 he was promoted to Assistant Grounds Keeper, where he now oversees the day-to-day maintenance of the grounds.
