Hope Andrade has always had the heart of an entrepreneur. After starting her career at IBM, Hope took a risk, and with goal of providing a better future for her family at the forefront of her mind, she decided to open a business of her own.

For nearly three decades, Hope successfully launched three highly regarded and profitable companies that provided medical and non-medical care in the home, capitalizing on the growth in the home healthcare industry and building a company from the ground up. She developed the concept, strategy, and business plan, launched operations, and led all phases of growth, migrating and expanding the business from in-home childcare to non-medical and medical elder care to hospice.

In addition to being an entrepreneur who has created, grown, and sold three high growth companies, Hope has also had an expansive career in state government having served as Texas' 107th Secretary of State, the first Latina to serve in this position, Texas Workforce Commissioner, and Texas Department of Transportation Commissioner.

With a deep understanding of both the private and public sector, Hope brings a broad business perspective with expertise in healthcare, transportation, workforce, and economic development. Hope has held multiple leadership roles in civic and community organizations, is the recipient of numerous personal, business, and community awards and recognitions, and is a determined and proactive ambassador for local and national economic development.

Most recently, Hope has played an integral role in the co-founding and operating success of GO RIO San Antonio River Cruises, which was awarded the ten-year contract from the City of San Antonio to operate the river barges and concessions on the historic San Antonio River Walk.

She also is Co-Founder and Chief Strategic Officer of Andrade-Van de Putte & Associates, which is a bipartisan consulting firm focused on bridging the gap between government entities and the business community. She currently serves on the Alamo Trust Board and as Chair of the Alamo Management Committee.

Bob Cohen is Founder and President of Bob Cohen Strategies, LLC and has consulted domestic and foreign media, sports and entertainment businesses, research firms and packaged foods businesses. In 2014, Cohen and a group of local San Antonio investors launched commZoom© Communications, LLC, a San Antonio based startup retail broadband company serving 15 rural south Texas markets, where he also served as Chief Executive and Chief Marketing Officer. commZoom was acquired by Spectrum© in March of 2022.

Cohen is a long-time media industry veteran with an extensive background and accomplishments in media, sports, and entertainment. Cohen spent 23 years with San Antonio based Clear Channel Communications (now iHeart Media) including nine years as CEO of the company's International Radio division which operated 240 radio stations in eight different countries. Cohen spent 11 years as Vice President/Market Manager for Clear Channel's seven radio stations in the company's hometown of San Antonio, including the company's flagship Newsradio 1200 WOAI, Ticket 760, Mix 96.1, Q 101.9, and country leader KJ-97.

Prior to returning to his hometown of San Antonio in 1986, Cohen spent the early portion of his career in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and Kansas City in marketing, public relations, broadcasting and publishing in professional and collegiate athletics, radio, TV and magazines.

Bob is an advisory board member of Kiolbassa Provision Company and Kiolbassa Smoked Meats.

In addition, Cohen has been active in industry and community non-profit boards. He was Chairman of the 2006 Valero Alamo Bowl and has been a board member since 1995. He was also a long serving executive committee member and former Chairman of the Texas Association of Broadcasters, served on the national board of the College of Media and Communications at Texas Tech University, is a former executive committee member of the board of directors of Children's Hospital of San Antonio Foundation and former camp council board member of YMCA Camp Flaming Arrow in Hunt, Texas.

Cohen graduated with a BBA from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in World War II Studies at Arizona State University in exclusive affiliation with the National World War II Museum in New Orleans. Bob and his wife Pam are native San Antonians and have three grown children: Matt (and wife Maddie), Emily, and Benji.

Bruce H.C. Hill is the Chairman of the Board for the San Antonio Missions and is a partial owner of the San Antonio Spurs of the National Basketball Association. He is president and principal owner of BHCH Mineral, Ltd., a mineral and royalty company and also serves as the president of Hill Leasing Partners, Ltd., a real estate investment and development firm.

Mr. Hill is a Director Emeritus to the Admiral Nimitz Foundation, and he has been a member of numerous non-profit boards, including Sunshine School for Deaf Children in San Antonio, the Alamo Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America, and the National Board of Learning for Life.

Mr. Hill graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and St. Mary's Law School. Mr. Hill and his wife Ellen are lifelong San Antonio residents and have four children, and eight grandchildren.

Reid Ryan is the CEO of Ryan Sanders Baseball, which was founded in 1998 by Reid Ryan, Nolan Ryan and Don Sanders. The trio has been involved in professional baseball since 1965.

Nolan Ryan is a Major League Baseball Hall of Famer and the game's all-time strikeout king. A native Texas, Ryan has 51 major league pitching records to his credit and his number is retired by three different teams including the Houston Astros and Texas Rangers. Since his playing days, Nolan has been a principal in Ryan Sanders Baseball and served as an owner and CEO of the Texas Rangers from 2008 to 2013, including back-to-back World Series appearances in 2010 and 2011.

Reid Ryan is a former college and minor league baseball player that has worked in professional baseball for 25 years. Reid Ryan is credited with "changing minor league baseball in Texas" with the opening of the Round Rock Express and Dell Diamond on 2000. Since then, Ryan has opened three "best in class" professional baseball facilities including: the Corpus Christi Hooks and Whataburger Field in Corpus Christi, Texas, Fayetteville, North Carolina and the Ballpark of the Palm Beaches in West Palm Beach, Florida. Reid also served as the president of business operations for the Houston Astros from 2013 to 2019, going to two World Series and winning the World Series in 2017. Ryan currently serves as a member of Major League Baseball's governing Player Development League Board.

Don Sanders is a former member of the Houston Astros ownership group and a founding partner of Ryan Sanders Baseball. Don has been instrumental in the growth of baseball in the state of Texas through his philanthropic efforts including Don Sanders Field at Sam Houston State University and Don Sanders Field at the University of Houston.

Ryan Sanders Baseball is involved in multiple aspects of the sports industry including RS3 Hospitality, which runs concessions and catering for multiple sports properties around the country and RS3 Turf, a leading natural grass and artificial installation and service company.

Randy Smith is the Co-Founder and CEO of Weston Urban, and teamed with Graham Weston, Co-Founder and CEO of Rackspace Hosting to form Weston Urban in 2012.

Prior to founding Weston Urban, he was Vice President of Real Estate at Rackspace, leading the cloud computing company's global portfolio from 2007 to 2011. Randy earned his bachelor's degree from Texas Tech University and a J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law in Lexington, Virginia.

Randy serves as the Chairman of Greater:SATX Regional Economic Partnership, the ULI Advisory Board and the 2023 Valero Alamo Bowl and is a long-serving member of the Valero Alamo Bowl Board of Directors.

Randy loves old buildings, old cars, any sport that keeps score, neon signs and above all, his wife Rachel and three children: Duncan, Benjamin and Zelia.

Pat Frost is a seasoned executive with four decades of leadership in the financial services industry, who demonstrates a passion for his community through his community service where he has chaired more than 20 nonprofit boards. His current leadership roles include President of the San Antonio Rodeo and Chair of the Texas Cultural Trust. He has chaired the NCAA Final Four Local Organizing Committee four times and the Alamo Bowl twice.

David joined the Missions as an intern in 1990 and served as the Director of Marketing from 1994-97. He rejoined the organization in 2004 as the General Manager and has remained in that role ever since. The Missions have won four Texas League titles during David's time with the organization.

In between stints with the Missions David was a Group Sales Executive for the High Desert Mavericks (1992), Assistant General Manager for the Springfield Cardinals (1993), General Manager for the Independent League Somerset Patriots (1998-2002), and President of the Utah Grizzlies Hockey Club (2003).

David graduated from Indiana University with degrees in English Literature and Journalism.

Bill joined the Missions in January 1997 as the Director of Merchandising and remained in that role until September 2007 when he was promoted to his current role as an Assistant General Manager. Bill is responsible for selling season ticket and partial plan memberships, group tickets, and hospitality areas as well as developing corporate partnerships.

Bill graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a degree in Agricultural Economics and is from Red Oak, Iowa. He is a fan of the Kansas City Chiefs, San Diego Padres, and Milwaukee Brewers.

Mickey joined the Missions in April of 2002 as an intern for the team and the Texas League. During his 18 seasons with the Missions he has held the role of Account Executive, Director of Public Relations, Director of Baseball Operations and he currently serves as Assistant General Manager since 2008.

Before joining the Missions, Mickey worked in the Texas League Office and worked for the Houston Aeros of the American Hockey League.

Mickey graduated from Schreiner University in Kerrville, TX, where he majored in Business Administration with a minor Sports Business. He also was a three-year letterman on the Schreiner baseball team and was a member of the American Southwest Conference Champions in 2000.

Mickey is married to his wife Emmy Holt, who have two children, Ty and Ella.

Jeff has been on staff for the Missions since January 1988 when he joined as an Account Executive. He has also served the team as the Director of Operations before moving into his current role in October 1999. He is responsible for developing corporate partnerships and overseeing all gameday entertainment.

Jeff is a native of San Antonio and is a fan of the Texas Longhorns, UTSA Roadrunners, Dallas Cowboys, and anyone who is playing the Oklahoma Sooners.

Monica Lopez joined the Missions in her current role in 2023. The San Antonio native received her associate's degree in Business Development from San Antonio College.

Prior to the Missions, Monica worked in various accounting roles for the last 14 years.

She is a proud supporter of the Texas Rangers, Dallas Cowboys and San Antonio Spurs.

Monica Cabrera joined the Missions in her current role in 2024. A native of South Texas, Monica previously worked as an office manager for a private Catholic School.

She is a proud mother of three and happily supports the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs.

"Reb" as he is affectionately known, joined the Missions in February 2019 and runs the day-to-day operations of the Missions Team Store. He is responsible for purchasing licensed MiLB products for in-stadium and online sales.

Reb has had a long career in sports and prior to joining the Missions he has worked in radio at WTAZ in Morton, Illinois where he was a studio engineer on live broadcasts of St. Louis Cardinals baseball, Peoria Rivermen hockey, and University of Illinois football and basketball broadcasts. He has also served as a junior high and high school track coach for 20 years and managed multiple sporting good stores.

The Metamora, Illinois native attended Illinois State University where he majored in Secondary Education. He is a fan of the Minnesota Vikings, St. Louis Cardinals, St. Louis Blues, and Philadelphia 76ers.

JJ moved into her current role in March 2019 and oversees the Ticket Operations department for the Missions, from box office sales on game nights, web sales, and from season and group sales aspects. She also sells season packages, and group events. She joined the Missions in January 2016 as an intern before being hired full-time as an Account Executive in October 2016.

Prior to joining the Missions she worked in game day staff roles for the San Antonio Rampage of the American Hockey League and the San Antonio Talons of the Arena Football League.

JJ graduated from University of the Incarnate Word with degrees in Sport Management and Kinesiology. She is a San Antonio native and cheers for the Houston Texans and the Houston Astros.

Elizabeth "Lizzy" Woeste began working for the Missions in the 2022 season as an intern. She was promoted to account executive at the conclusion of the season. She began her current role as Ticket Operations Coordinator in 2024.

Prior to working for the Missions, Lizzy served as a gameday intern with the Lake Erie Crushers of the Frontier League.

She attended the University of Cincinnati. In 2021, she graduated with her bachelor's degree in Sports Administration.

Lizzy hails from Cincinnati, Ohio and is a proud supporter of the Cincinnati Bearcats and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Alexandra Curtin has been working with the San Antonio Missions dating back to 2007. She began her tenure as a full-time Account Executive prior to the 2016 season.

Before that, she served as a member of the game day operations staff beginning in 2007.

Alex, a San Antonio native, played college softball at the University of Incarnate Word. While there, she received her bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and graduated in 2016.

Her passion for learning the business side of baseball is what led her to pursue the Account Executive role with the San Antonio Missions.

Zack Gentry joined the Missions in 2024. Prior to working with the Missions, Gentry served as a Sales Associate with the Cleburne Railroaders of the American Association and as an Account Executive for Panther City Lacrosse Club in the National Lacrosse League.

Gentry attended Concordia University of Nebraska, where he competed for the track & field team in the Heptathlon and Decathlon. He graduated in 2022 with a major in Recreation and Sports Management; Emphasis in Sports Communication and a minor in Journalism and Public Relations.

A native of San Antonio, Gentry is a proud supporter of the San Antonio Spurs, Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers.

Tyler King began working for the San Antonio Missions in 2021 as one of the Missions' interns. He was promoted to an account executive following the 2021 season.

Prior to joining the Missions, Tyler served as a site director for Connecticut's Nutmeg State Games in 2019.

He graduated from Eastern Connecticut State University in 2020 with a bachelor's degree in Sports and Leisure Management.

Tyler is originally from Woodstock, Connecticut and is a proud supporter of the UConn Huskies, Boston Red Sox, Boston Celtics, and New England Patriots.

Joshua MacLaren joined the Missions in January of 2026. Prior to working for the club, MacLaren worked in the hospitality industry for six years, going from entry-level concierge to group sales manager.

Born in Enterprise, Alabama, MacLaren moved to San Antonio in 2019 to pursue better career opportunities. He is a proud supporter of the San Antonio Spurs, New York Yankees and Buffalo Bills.

While his entry to the staff is new as of 2026, MacLaren had been a passionate supporter of the Missions before that as a season ticket member. MacLaren even proposed to his fiancé on the Wolff Stadium field.

Eddie Martinez joined the Missions in 2024. Prior to joining the Missions, he was a Development Intern with UTSA Athletics.

A native of McAllen, Texas, Eddie received his bachelor's degree in Business and Sports Management from UTSA in 2023.

He is a proud supporter of the Dallas Cowboys and the San Antonio Spurs.

Daniel Oliva began working for the Missions in 2018 as a member of the game day operations staff. He was hired as a full-time account executive in January of 2023.

Prior to his return to the Missions, Daniel worked on the game day operations staff for the University of Texas at Austin from 2021-2022 and for the Round Rock Express in 2022.

He graduated from Arizona State University in 2021 with his bachelor's degree in sports business. He received his master's degree in sports management from UT-Austin in 2022.

Hailing from San Antonio, Daniel is a proud supporter of the Spurs, Cowboys and Cincinnati Reds.

Gabriel Trejo began working for the San Antonio Missions in 2021 as one of the Missions' interns. Following the season he was promoted to an account executive where he specializes in group outings and multi-game ticket plans.

Prior to joining the Missions, Gabriel received his bachelor's degree in Business Marketing at Angelo State University in 2020.

While at Angelo State, he worked in the athletics ticket office and assisted in event operations.

Gabriel is originally from Kerrville, Texas and is a proud supporter of the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Stars, San Antonio Spurs, Houston Astros, and Texas Longhorns.

Shane Vogt started as a sales intern with the Missions in January of 2026. Vogt recently graduated from Central Washington University with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management with a specialization in Business.

Before transferring to Central Washington, Vogt played baseball at Edmonds College for three years.

Vogt grew up a Navy brat and has lived all over the country, including in Hawaii. He is a proud supporter of the Seattle Mariners, Seahawks and Kraken

David Baez joined the Missions in 2024. Prior to joining the Missions, he worked five seasons with San Jose Giants, serving as an Account Executive the first year before moving into a marketing role. In his previous role he served as the Giants’ Senior Manager of Marketing overseeing marketing and community relations.

A native of San Jose, California, David attended Cal Poly Pomona where he received his bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Public Relations. While attending college in Southern California, he got his start in baseball working for the Los Angeles Dodgers as a Fan Services Representative.

David is a proud supporter of the San Francisco Giants, San Jose Sharks, Dallas Cowboys, and Miami Hurricanes athletics.

Savannah Behabetz joined her current role overseeing video crew, running the video board and assisting with video, graphics and social media in 2025. She was a part of the Missions gameday video crew from 2021-2023 and then became the video production intern in 2024.

Prior to joining the Missions, Behabetz worked for the San Antonio Spurs as their game presentation assistant for the 2024-25 season and also worked on gameday social media for the 2024 Valero Alamo Bowl.

Behabetz is originally from Littleton, Colorado and played Division I softball at the University of the Incarnate Word and Middle Tennessee State, where she won a conference championship. She graduated in 2022 with a degree in Communications, and she is a big Colorado Rockies fan.

Analee Reyes joined the Missions in January of 2023 as the Social Media and Marketing Manager.

Prior to joining the Missions, Analee was the marketing and sales coordinator with the San Antonio Spurs from 2020-2022.

She received her bachelor's degree in sports management from Texas Tech on 2016 and then received her master's degree in 2018.

Hailing from Brownsville, Texas, Analee is a proud supporter of the Cowboys, Spurs and Texas Rangers.

Brian Yancelson began his current role with the Missions in 2025. Yancelson worked part-time in the public relations department with the Missions in 2022 and 2023 before taking over as Broadcast Engineer in 2024. Yancelson travels with the team and is part of the broadcast for every home and road game.

Prior to joining the Missions, Yancelson served as the Marketing Coordinator for the Valero Alamo Bowl and as a broadcaster for the California Winter League. Nearly a decade ago, Yancelson began his career in the sports industry as a Kid Reporter for Sports Illustrated Kids.

Born in Mexico City, Yancelson is fluent in Spanish. He grew up in San Antonio and graduated from Trinity University in 2022 with a major in Communication and minors in Political Science and Sport Management. When not at The Wolff, he enjoys spending time with his dog, Camden, and he loves traveling as he has driven to all 30 Major League Baseball stadiums as well as 35 Minor League Baseball stadiums.

Jack Hakala began working for the Missions in 2023 as a member of the Game Ops team. He was hired for his current role in 2024.

A native of Katy, Texas, Jack played baseball at Schreiner University. He received his bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2020. He then completed his MBA in Ethical Leadership in 2021.

Prior to the Missions, he worked for the Houston Astros in 2019 as part of their Guest Services Department.

Jack is a proud supporter of Michigan State Athletics, the Detroit Lions and the Houston Astros.

Danny Pena has been a member of the Missions since 2010 when he was hired that summer.

Chris Castillo began working for the Missions as a part-time member of the maintenance staff in August of 2021. He was hired in his full-time role prior to the 2022 season.

Chris is a San Antonio native and an alum of Memorial High School.

He is a proud supporter of the San Antonio Spurs, Philadelphia Eagles and New York Yankees.

Alan Jones joined the Missions in October of 2025, so the 2026 season will be his first in San Antonio. Jones comes to San Antonio after seven years as head groundskeeper for the Modesto Nuts, Single-A affiliate of the Seattle Mariners. The Nuts were back-to-back California League champions in 2023 and 2024 while Jones worked there.

Jones, originally from Iowa, entered the sports industry in 2018 as the head groundskeeper for the Beloit Snappers, who were the Single-A affiliate of the then Oakland Athletics.

Jones enjoys peace and quiet. His favorite quote is, "If you are not changing it, you are choosing it."

Nash Opperman joined the Missions in 2013 as a member of game day operations. He began his new role as assistant groundskeeper prior to the 2023 season. Nash has held multiple roles with the Missions including game day grounds crew in 2016, bat boy from 2014-2018, assistant clubhouse manager in 2019 and home clubhouse manager from 2021-2022.

Prior to the cancelled season in 2020, Nash was hired by the Amarillo Sod Poodles as a group sales coordinator.

Hailing from Somerset, Texas, Nash graduated from Schreiner University in 2019 with his bachelor's degree in sport management.

He is a proud supporter of the Cowboys, Spurs, New York Yankees and the Notre Dame Fighting Irish.
