Digital Ticketing Change for 2026

Access and manage your Rocket City Trash Pandas tickets using your MyProVenue or MyTickets account. Starting in 2026, fans will need to create an account with MLB to access and manage their tickets.

What is this change to my account and why is it happening?

This change is being made to connect your ticketing account with MLB.com’s account services and is intended to make the ballpark experience easier for you. For the first time, you’ll be able to purchase, access, manage, and scan your tickets using an MLB account.

If you are already logged in with your MLB account in either the MiLB app or the Trash Pandas website, any tickets you purchase automatically will be associated with your account for easy access.

With this change, do I need to create a new account to access my tickets?

You’ll now be able to access your tickets by creating an MLB account if you don’t already have one, OR by logging in to an existing MLB account.

If you don't already have an MLB account and need to create one, please create a new account using the same email address as your previous ticketing account.
If you already have an MLB account that uses the same email address as your previous ticketing account, you should be able to log in with your MLB account credentials and seamlessly access your tickets.

How do I create a new account?

You can create an MLB account across any MiLB or MLB digital platform. When prompted on any login page on MiLB.com, MLB.com, or in the MiLB or MLB app, click “Sign up” to create a new account.

Step 2:

Once you are viewing your ticket inventory, select “Forward”.

Step 3:

Select the tickets you would like to forward.

Step 4:

Tap Add Friend to choose the person who will be receiving your tickets. If the recipient is already listed, select them and go to step 5.

Step 5:

Select “Forward Tickets”. Your tickets will then be forwarded.

What are the benefits of using digital ticketing?

How do I access digital tickets I’ve purchased?

Digital tickets can be accessed in one of two ways. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link that says, “Click here to access your tickets.” Tickets can be viewed and scanned on a mobile device or printed off at home. If you are unable to locate that confirmation email, you can also access your digital tickets by logging into your My Tickets account directly.

What do I show at the ballpark gates for entry?

Can I have multiple tickets on a single phone?

Yes, you can swipe to view and scan multiple tickets on a single phone. For example, if a family of 4 people are walking into the game together, only one person would need to show the 4 tickets on their phone.

Can I add digital tickets to my Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?

What if I don’t have a smartphone?

You are still able to purchase, use, print and share Trash Pandas tickets without a mobile device. All necessary ticket actions can be completed by logging in to your My Tickets account on a computer and printing the selected tickets.

What if I accidently forwarded a ticket to the wrong email address?

Follow the instructions for recalling tickets above. Once the ticket is back in your account, you can then re-forward it to the correct email address.

What if I cannot find tickets that were forwarded to me?

Double check that you are logged into a  My Tickets account with the same email address the sender used to forward you the tickets. You may also have the sender recall the tickets and then re-forward them to you at your preferred email address.
