Joe Gregory first joined the Norfolk Tides as the General Manager, beginning October 4, 2011. He also previously served as the Vice President of the Norfolk Admirals Hockey Club from 2008 through the 2015-16 season. Joe was promoted to team president during the 2025 season.
Gregory came to Norfolk after serving as the General Manager of the Youngstown SteelHounds of the Central Hockey League from 2006-2008. In that capacity, Gregory ran the day-to-day operations of the SteelHounds. During Gregory's tenure in Youngstown, the season ticket base increased by 70 percent and he negotiated the team's first NHL affiliation.
Gregory graduated from Youngstown State University in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Upon graduation, Gregory worked as both the Coordinator of Tournament Operations and the Coordinator of Sales and Marketing at the Giant Eagle LPGA Classic in Vienna, Ohio. He had been working at the tournament as an operations assistant prior to that since high school. After his time with the LPGA, Gregory became the Director of Business Development for the Mahoning Valley Scrappers, a Short-Season Class-A baseball team affiliated with the Cleveland Indians. There, he oversaw all sponsorship and advertising sales and cultivated community relationships.

Mike Zeman has been with the Norfolk Tides since the 2006 season. Zeman was born and raised on a farm in Humboldt, Iowa. He graduated from Iowa State University with a double major in Sports Management and Business Management. While attending Iowa State, he worked for the Triple-A Iowa Cubs for three years in the operations department. Zeman enjoys the variety of his daily work and provides a safe, fun environment for fans to enjoy Tides games.
He currently resides in Virginia Beach with his wife, Christina and their two daughters, Ava and Isla.
Accounting/Human Resources
Maggie is a Senior at Liberty University with a major in Sports Management. Prior to the Tides, Maggie was the Lead Merchandise Intern with the Norfolk Admirals and successfully ran a karate school as their Program Director.
Maggie is originally from Michigan but has been in Virginia for 10 years. When Maggie is not at Harbor Park, she enjoys hiking with her dogs or playing pick-up softball or soccer games. She is a dedicated fan of the Boston Bruins, the Red Sox, and Manchester United as well as the Detroit Lions.
Amanda was born and raised in Fredericksburg, VA. She graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Health Administration and a minor in management in May of 2025 and has resided in Norfolk ever since.
When Amanda isn't at the stadium, she enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends, family, and her cat Cheese. She is also an avid supporter of the Pittsburgh Penguins.
Communications and Marketing
Nate Monteith was promoted to the Manager of Video and Audio Production after joining the Tides last season as the Media Relations Assistant. Prior to working with the Tides, Nate worked for the Minnesota Twins as an Associate Radio Producer and a Broadcast Intern.
Nate was born and raised in Chesapeake, Virginia where he attended and played baseball and volleyball at Oscar F. Smith High School. In 2022, he received a B.S. in Journalism and Mass Communication from North Carolina A&T State University. While at NC A&T, he was an integral part of the men’s basketball team and the football team’s coaching staff. Upon graduation, he continued his work with NC A&T Athletics where he worked as a Communication Assistant while also becoming the Director of Broadcast and Media Technology for Technical Event Management, which produces and broadcasts all of NC A&T’s home sporting events.
Skyler was born and raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia. She graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2021 with a B.A. in History and minors in Dance and Business Administration.
Before joining the Norfolk Tides, Skyler worked as a Digital Advertising Intern for the WNBA Washington Mystics in 2022. In 2023, Skyler joined the Tides Front Office Staff as the Creative Services Intern and rejoined full-time as the Coordinator of Creative Services and Social Media Marketing during the 2024 season.
When Skyler is not at Harbor Park, she enjoys hanging out with family and friends, going to the beach, photography, watching sports, reading books, and is currently working towards becoming fluent in Spanish! She is also a dedicated fan of the Baltimore Orioles, Dallas Cowboys, and Washington Capitals! LET'S GO CAPS!

Heather McKeating began her career in baseball with the Tides in 1994 as an usher for four years, then moved into the Front Office in 1998. She held various roles from Front Desk Receptionist to Group Sales and finally landed in Community Relations. Leading the Tides Community Relations efforts, she created a reading program with all 7 cities, organized 14 youth field makeover projects, coordinates all non-baseball special events such as Breakfast with Santa, Valentine’s Day deliveries and her proudest event, Ladies Day at the Park. After a few years away, she is glad to be back home, working in community relations and merchandise! She looks forward to new challenges and continuing to grow her baseball resume.
Heather is proud to have been born and raised in Norfolk, she currently resides in Virginia Beach with her husband of 20 years Todd, 17-year-old Son Aidan, who both share her passion for sports. In her spare time, she loves spending time with family, friends and her Chocolate Lab, Roxie. She also likes to stay active and is proud to have completed two marathons.

Drew joined the Tides Organization in the winter of 2022. He is from Smithfield, Virginia and graduated from Christopher Newport University in 2020 with a major in Communications. While he was a student at CNU he was a member of the CNU Fishing team where he competed nationwide against other colleges in competitive bass fishing. Locally, Drew has participated in a number of local fresh and saltwater fishing tournaments and fundraisers.
During his downtime Drew can still be found out on the water, or at one of the local beaches. Drew is an avid Philadelphia sports fan and in the fall you can catch him cheering on the Eagles every Sunday.

Bobby Pickrell graduated from William & Mary in 2022 with a B.A. in Government and a minor in History. He has served in many roles with the Norfolk Tides, from usher to bat boy, as part of the game day staff since 2016. He joined the full-time staff as the Front Office Coordinator in 2023 and is currently a group sales representative starting in 2024.
As a Norfolk native, Bobby played baseball from a young age. He was a member of district champion teams at Fleet Park Little League and Maury High School.
In his free time, Bobby enjoys watching his favorite team, the Atlanta Braves, playing golf, and spending time with his family and dogs, Giorgi and Lola.

Kase Butler graduated from East Carolina University in May 2025 with a B.A. in Sports Studies and a minor in communications. Before joining the Tides in 2025 as an Account Executive for Ticket Sales, Kase worked as a Community Relations intern for the USL League 2 team, Lionsbridge FC, in the summer of 2023 before interning and then being hired by the Coastal Plain League organization Greenville Yard Gnomes as the Fan Development Coordinator for the 2024-2025 year.
Born and raised in southern Virginia, Kase grew up around sports with his father having a brief professional golf career and his grandfather being a coach with the Christopher Newport University football team as well as being a Virginia state champion baseball coach at York High School. Kase spends his free time being a very avid Baltimore and DC sports fan. Especially when it comes to his favorite player, Lamar "Action Jackson" "Big Truzz" Jackson.
A fun fact about Kase is that he was in 2 MrBeast videos while at school at ECU.
Stadium Operations
Mike Cipolla joined the Norfolk Tides as the stadium operations manager in 2023. He was previously an intern in the Tides organization for two seasons before becoming the stadium operations manager for the Fayetteville Woodpeckers (Houston Astros Single-A Affiliate) in 2022.
Cipolla resides in Virginia Beach, VA and graduated from George Mason University in 2022.
Noah Stevenson joined the Norfolk Tides as the stadium operations manager in 2026. He was previously the stadium operations intern for the Lake County Captains organization for 3 months before becoming the stadium operations manager for the Captains. (Single-A affiliate for the Cleveland Guardians) Noah graduated from The Ohio State University with a sports industry major, and now lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
Ticket Operations/Season Ticket Sales
Stephen grew up in Virginia Beach and attended ODU from 2017-2019. He started working for the Tides at the start of the 2024 season as their merchandising assistant, before being hired as an Account Executive in 2026. In 2025, Stephen worked for the Delmarva Shorebirds as a front office assistant at first before taking over as a Stadium Operations Coordinator. In my free time, Stephen likes to hang out with family and friends and cheer for his favorite team, the Miami Dolphins.

Clubhouse Management
Jack Brenner joined the Tides in 2016. Brenner has previously been a clubhouse and equipment manager for the Braves, Expos, Cardinals and Mets organizations. He's also had a brief acting career, with appearances on All My Children and a film with Mickey Rourke to his credit. Brenner also performed the national anthem at Shea Stadium prior to a game in 2005.

Scott Lorow has been the General Manager of Food Services at Harbor Park since 1996. Lorow has been in the food service field for over 40 years working for different concessionaires in Washington, DC, West Haven, CT, Long Island, NY and now in Norfolk, VA. He graduated from Alfred State College SUNY in 1981 in a degree in Hotel & Hospitality Management.
Lorow's background includes covering major political events in Washington, DC such as Presidential Dinners, Presidential Inaugurations and other political fundraisers. He has also worked at the NFL's Pro Bowl in Hawaii, Super Bowl XXXVI in New Orleans and the Triple-A All Star Game at Harbor Park. Lorow also covers multiple operations for Spectra in the area, overseeing events such as concerts, college basketball, minor league hockey, The Virginia Governor's Inauguration and other catered events.
