What’s The Catch? There is none! We realize this sounds too good to be true, but we promise this is another reason why being part of the Iowa Cubs family is amazing!
When Can I Claim My Tickets? Tickets will be available to claim as soon as single-game tickets are made available for purchase in February 2027. You can claim your ticket for a particular game up until the time of the scheduled first pitch (subject to availability). All of this will be done digitally through your FanRally account. You will be able to claim only four (4) games at a time and will be able to add on an additional game once a ticket is scanned at the ballpark.
Can I Upgrade My Pass To A Different Section? Your Family Pass ticket is valid for a seat in any of our General Admission sections, but you can upgrade to a reserved ticket for an additional charge. Reach out to our Box Office to upgrade, 515-243-6111.
Why Can’t I See My Tickets? Ticket barcodes will populate on the FanRally Page four (4) hours before the game’s scheduled start time.
Can I Release My Tickets Once I Claim Them? Releasing tickets must be done 24 hours in advance of the game time to receive your access pass back.
Can I Print My Tickets At Home Or At The Box Office? No, FanRally tickets must be claimed and scanned via the FanRally website on a mobile device. Tickets cannot be printed at home or at the box office. You will need a mobile device to use the Family Pass.
Can I Resell My Tickets On 3rd Party Sites? No. Tickets redeemed through the Family Pass are for personal use only and cannot be resold through a third-party site. If you are found to be selling your tickets through a third-party site, your pass will be revoked without a refund.
When Will My Membership Renew? Your membership will auto renew on October 1. Even during the off season, you can use your Team Store discount and expect exclusive invites to member events.
