Bio: Randy is in his 32nd year with the Indianapolis Indians, as of 2025. He was named president by the Indians Board of Directors in November 2016 and was appointed CEO in April 2024. He is just the team’s second CEO since the organization was incorporated in 1955. A fun fact about Randy is that he played in an adult hockey league for 15 years... and is now retired.

Bio: Zawacki joined the organization in 2007 as sponsorship sales coordinator and was promoted to director of corporate partnerships in 2008 before adding marketing to his duties in 2012. He was appointed as assistant general manager of corporate sales and marketing in 2016 before assuming his latest role as vice president and chief commercial officer. Primary responsibilities include the development of strategic plans to maximize revenue, guide revenue teams to achieve sales targets, lead the vision for Indianapolis Indians Charities and provide direction for the team’s brand and identity that will stand the test of time.

Bio: Matt started his career as a Ticket Office Assistant (Intern) in 1999. He was then hired on full-time after the 2000 season and worked with the Indians ticket service and ticket sales teams. After that, Matt started working with the stadium operations team in 2012 and became the Assistant GM - Tickets and Operations in 2016, and was named Vice President and General Manager in 2024. A fun fact about Matt is that he played against former MLB pitcher Matt Clement in high school and is pretty sure he walked in his only plate appearance against Clement.

Bio: In college, Bryan gained sports industry experience by working as an assistant Football and Baseball coach at Muncie Central High School (MCHS) while being employed part-time by the Ball State Athletic Ticket Office. Bryan joined the Indians in 2007 as a Ticket Services Intern. A fun fact about Bryan is that during his baseball coaching stint at MCHS, he experienced one of the school's worst losses of all time - a 44-0 defeat against Hamilton Southeastern. He says, "That humbling experience ultimately motivated me to pursue a career in the front office of sports."

Bio: Sarah started her career here in 2012 working in administrative assistance fresh out of college. She then moved into a Premium Services & Outside Events role in 2015. After a few years she moved back into the Business Operations department. A fun fact about Sarah is that she has more tattoos than people think she does.

Bio: Prior to working with the Indians, Morgan moved to Indianapolis for a role in mergers & acquisitions for a marketing agency. This was her first professional job post-grad, in which she quickly fell in love with the city. A fun fact about Morgan is that she competed and pitched in the 2022 Women's College World Series with the Oklahoma State Cowgirls. Morgan was named the 2022 Big 12 Tournament MVP that same season, with wins in the circle over Texas and reigning national champion Oklahoma.

Bio: In college, Jake worked with Indiana University Radio/TV Services as part of their production crew for IU Athletics event broadcasts. After graduating, he worked as a Video Production Intern with the Fort Wayne TinCaps in 2023, then spent a season with the Indians in 2024 as a Graphic Design Assistant before being hired full-time. A fun fact about Jake is that he can solve a Rubik's Cube in less than 50 seconds.

Bio: Prior to working for the Indians, Kyle worked on a commercial potato farm and his family's farm. He also worked as a diesel mechanic for 17 years before transitioning to building management and maintenance for the last 10 years. A fun fact about Kyle is that he rodeoed and team roped professionally in one of his previous lives.

Bio: Soren's extensive career includes serving in the military and over 25 years in maintenance and hospitality. A couple fun facts about Soren are that he's an adventure junkie and has had cornea eye transplant.

Bio: Zach started his career in sports in 2017 when he began refereeing soccer games. Last summer, he interned with Pastime Tournaments as the site director, managing game schedules and communication. A fun fact about Zach is that he played soccer, football, basketball, baseball, cross country and track and field in high school.

Bio: Zach interned for the Indians during the 2022 season before working as an Assistant Turfgrass Manager for FIELDS Turfgrass management at Ben Davis High School for a year. Zach rejoined the Indians staff full-time in the summer of 2023. A fun fact about Zach is that he got his start in groundskeeping by assisting on the maintenance of his local little league field.
