Gwinnett Stripers Baseball Club

Joe Harrington was named the fifth General Manager in Gwinnett Baseball history on July 29, 2025. He brings over 20 years of management and sales experience in both professional and collegiate sports to the Stripers.

Prior to joining Gwinnett, he spent over six years as the General Manager with Kennesaw State Athletics Sponsorships through Van Wagner’s College Division from 2019-25. Harrington led a 110% increase in partnership revenue at KSU and was named the General Manager of the Year by Van Wagner for the 2021-22 school year.

Harrington returns to both Minor League Baseball and the Atlanta Braves system. From 2016-17 he served as president of the Florida Fire Frogs, the Braves’ High-A affiliate in the Florida State League. In addition to managing all day-to-day operations of the club, he also directed the Fire Frogs’ successful rebrand, which was recognized nationally in Sports Illustrated and Ballpark Digest.

His career in the Minors includes two years as the General Manager for the Aberdeen IronBirds (Class-A Short Season, Baltimore Orioles) from 2014-16 and five years in ticket sales and inside sales leadership roles with the Lakewood BlueClaws (Class-A, Philadelphia Phillies) from 2008-14.

Currently residing in Woodstock, Georgia, Harrington is a 1999 graduate of Widener University (Chester, Pennsylvania).

Nick enters his second season as an Assistant General Manager with the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026. It is his ninth year in professional baseball.

He joined Gwinnett in January 2025 after spending three years in dual roles as the Assistant General Manager at Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium (Jupiter, Florida) and as the General Manager of the Jupiter Hammerheads (Class-A, Miami Marlins). His baseball career includes time as a Sales Manager with the Wichita Wind Surge (Double-A, Minnesota Twins), an International Operations Analyst with Major League Baseball, and a Team Coordinator with the Mesa Solar Sox of the Arizona Fall League.

Nick received his bachelor's degree from Eckerd College (St. Petersburg, Florida) and his master's degree from Northwestern University (Evanston, Illinois). Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, he now resides in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife Kate and their son Samuel. He is an avid Chicago Bears fan.

Tyra enters her 16th year as the Office Manager for the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026. Prior to joining the club in 2010, she worked in many diverse industries, including accounting, legal, and construction to name a few.

Originally from Violet, La., a suburb of New Orleans, Tyra now resides in Stone Mountain, Ga. with husband Leo, daughter Tia and a Yorkie named Bentley.

Stephanie enters her second season working with the Gwinnett Stripers as part of Diamond Baseball Holdings’ regional Ticket Sales team. The 2026 season is her 10^th in Minor League Baseball.

She started her baseball career in 2014 as a Brand Representative with the Modesto Nuts (High-A, Colorado Rockies). From 2015-22 she served several roles with the Inland Empire 66ers (High-A, Los Angeles Angels), working her way up from Account Executive, to Community Groups Manager, to Director of Community Relations. From 2023-25 she was the Executive Director of Corporate Partnerships & Ticket Sales for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Double-A, Toronto Blue Jays).

Stephanie holds a B.A. in Communication Studies from California State University, Stanislaus and an M.S. in Strategic Communications from Purdue University. Born and raised in California, she now resides in Duluth, GA with her dog Clyde. Her greatest joys in life are iced coffee, dessert, her dog, and being a TiTi to her two nieces Bella and Maisie.

Alex joined the Stripers in August 2025 as a Regional Manager of Tickets Operations.

He previously served as a Ticket Operations Intern with the Birmingham Barons (Double-A, Chicago White Sox) from January-July of 2025, marking a return to the sports industry. Before that, Alex worked as a Marketing Coordinator with The Aspire Group from January-September in 2023.

Alex has prior experience working with Braves affiliates, serving as a Ticket Operations and Sales Intern with the Mississippi Braves (Double-A, Atlanta Braves) from July-October in 2022.

Originally from Flowood, Mississippi, Alex graduated with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and an MBA from Mississippi State University.

In his free time, Alex likes to play golf and cheer on his favorite sports teams: the Tennessee Titans and Vegas Golden Knights.

Zack enters his eighth year with the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026, his fifth leading the Ticket Sales department. It is his tenth year in professional baseball.

Before joining the Stripers as an Account Executive in January 2019, he served as a sales consultant for the NFL's Los Angeles Chargers and The Aspire Group. His previous baseball experience includes two seasons with the Eugene Emeralds (Short-A Affiliate of the Chicago Cubs), including 2016 as an usher and 2017 as the community relations intern.

Zack graduated from the University of Oregon in 2018 with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Sports Business. The Seattle, Wash. native now resides in Decatur, Ga.

Lauren enters her first season with the Stripers in 2026; it is her fifth season working in pro baseball.

She began her career in baseball as in intern for the Portland Sea Dogs in 2022. Following her internship, she was hired on full-time as the Ticket Office Coordinator for the Sea Dogs. Lauren remained with the Sea Dogs in that capacity until the 2025 season when she was promoted to Senior Account Executive of Ticket Sales. Prior to her professional career, Lauren graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport Management.

She grew up with her parents, younger brother, and dogs in Old Town, ME but now resides in Lawrenceville, GA. Outside of work, Lauren enjoys reading, movies, running, and hanging out with her friends and family.

Rogan enters his third season with the Stripers in 2026, his second as an Account Executive, Community Outreach. He joined the club in March 2024 as the Community Relations Intern.

The Charlotte, NC native previously worked as a Shared Services Agent at West Virginia University from 2022-2024. He received his undergraduate degree from WVU in Business Management in 2021 and recently obtained his Master's degree in Comprehensive Sport Industry Management in 2024.

Rogan now resides in Duluth and likes to spend his free time on the golf course, hanging out with family, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.

Rebecca enters her first year as an Account Executive in 2026. It is her third year working in professional baseball.

Prior to joining the Stripers, Rebecca worked with the St. Louis Cardinals: first as an Usher, then as a Stadium Operations Intern, and finally as a Direct Sales Representative.

She graduated from Saint Louis University in 2021 with a B.S. in Sports Business and a Minor in Leadership and Change Management. Following her Undergraduate degree, Rebecca remained at Saint Louis University, where she earned her Masters of Business Administration and Certificate in Digital Marketing.

Rebecca is originally from Chicago but has spent the past nine years living in St. Louis. She has a calico cat named Peach, so she knew she would eventually have to move to Georgia. Rebecca also has a black cat named RJ that she rescued from Busch Stadium. She moved to Duluth this past January to be a part of the Stripers team, and she is very excited for all that is to come.

Will has worked in the sports industry since May 2022, gaining more than four years of experience across professional sports and collegiate championship events. Throughout that time, he has built a background in ticket sales, group sales, fan engagement, and business development.

Before joining the Gwinnett Stripers, he served as an Account Executive for Ticket Sales with REVELxp from October 2025 through May 2026, leading ticket sales efforts for the 2026 NCAA Lacrosse National Championships on-site at The University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Virginia. Prior to that, Will worked as an Inside Sales Representative with Atlanta United FC from January 2025 through August 2025, where he sold memberships and group ticket packages to individuals, businesses, and organizations throughout the metro Atlanta area.

Will earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from The University of Georgia. He received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing with a minor in Sport Management in 2023, followed by a Master of Science in Sport Management and Policy in 2024.

He is originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and currently resides in the area. Will continues to be an avid fan of the Georgia Bulldogs, the Atlanta Braves, and the Atlanta Falcons. He played football, baseball, and lacrosse throughout his childhood and enjoys golfing in his free time. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending sporting events, and going to concerts.

Brishel enters her first season as an Account Executive with the Stripers in 2026. It is her third year working in sports.

Prior to joining Gwinnett, she worked as the On-Campus Recruiting Coordinator for the University of South Alabama from 2023-2025 and as a Member Services Associate for the Atlanta Falcons from 2025-2026.

Originally from Tuscaloosa, and graduating from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Sport Management, Brishel now resides in Atlanta, Georgia.

Chris returns for his fifth season with the Stripers in 2026, his second as the Director of Corporate Partnerships. He previously served as the Manager of Corporate Partnerships and as a Guest Relations Representative.

The Atlanta native graduated from Full Sail University in 2020 with a degree in Sports Marketing and Media and served as Course Director for Bear Creek Golf Club in Monroe, Ga.

When he's not at the ballpark, Chris is on the golf course. Chris currently resides in Loganville, Ga. with his black Labrador Retriever, Bentley.

Aubrey enters his second season as the Manager of Corporate Partnerships with the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026. It is his sixth year in Minor League Baseball.

He joined Gwinnett in March 2025 after spending four seasons with the New Hampshire Fisher Cats (Double-A, Toronto Blue Jays), where he held numerous roles including Special Assistant to the Team President (2021), Corporate Sales Fulfillment (2022-23), and Manager of Corporate Partnerships (2024).

Aubrey graduated from Wingate University (Wingate, NC) with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and minor in Marketing. He also holds a master’s degree in Sports Marketing, also from Wingate.

Originally from Winston-Salem, NC, he now resides in Lawrenceville. He is a big fan of the Atlanta Braves and Atlanta Hawks, UNC Athletics, and the Dallas Cowboys.

Katie enters her first season as the Corporate Partnerships Services Manager for the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026.

She joined Gwinnett in February 2024 as the Corporate Partnerships Coordinator after two seasons as the Tournament Operations Lead Intern for Perfect Game. The Metro Atlanta native graduated from the University of Georgia in 2023, majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Sports Management. At UGA, she served as a Football Recruiting Specialist from April 2022 through May 2023.

In her free time, Katie enjoys spending time at the lake and cheering on Atlanta sports teams.

Troy enters his fourth season as a Corporate Partnerships Account Executive with the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026.

He joined Gwinnett following four years of internships in the sports industry, including positions with the Tuscaloosa Tourism and Sports Commission, the University of Alabama Athletic Department, and General Sports Worldwide, an international sports marketing and management agency.

He graduated from the University of Alabama with a B.A. in Political Science and a M.S. in Sports Business Management. In 2021, he received his J.D. from Florida Coastal School of Law.

Born and raised in Alabama, Troy now resides in Alpharetta, Ga. with his wife Savannah and their dog Lizzie.

Dave has spent over 25 years working in professional baseball, including 14 with Gwinnett.

He has been the lead "Voice of the Stripers" on radio and television since 2021, and has led Gwinnett's media/public relations efforts since joining the club in November of 2011. Including his time as the No. 2 broadcaster from 2013-19, Dave has called over 750 G-Braves and Stripers games, highlighted by the team's playoff-clinching wins in 2016 and 2019.

Prior to joining Gwinnett, he spent six seasons (2006-11) as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations for the Clinton LumberKings (Class-A, Midwest League). He got his start in baseball with his hometown Milwaukee Brewers, working on the Milwaukee County Stadium and Miller Park Grounds Crew (2000-06), serving as a research intern for Brewers telecasts on Fox Sports North (2003-05), and briefly rejoining the club as a Ticket Sales Representative (2007).

A native of Oak Creek, Wisconsin, Dave is a 2005 graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. He now resides in Gwinnett County with wife Jane and daughters Coralie and Genevieve.

Tricia enters her first season as the Marketing Manager for the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026. It is her fourth year working in sports.

Prior to joining Gwinnett as the Digital Marketing Coordinator in 2024, she interned for Texas Tech's Athletics department as the Marketing Executive for Raider Riot, the official student section of Texas Tech Men's Basketball from 2022-2024. Also during that time frame, Tricia worked as a Creative Content Specialist and Social Media Ambassador for Ramblin' Raiders Entertainment as well as a Contributing Writer for The Nation, primarily covering Texas Tech Men's Basketball.

Tricia graduated from Texas Tech University in 2024 with a degree in Marketing and concentration in Sport Management. Now residing in Buford with her cat Jasmine, she spends her free time cheering on her beloved Red Raiders, Denver Broncos, and Atlanta Braves.

Elliot enters his third season as the Coordinator of Mascot and Community Relations for the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026. It is his fifth season in professional sports.

Prior to joining Gwinnett in April 2024, he worked as the mascot for the Dallas Wings (WNBA) and Panther City Lacrosse Club (NLL).

A native of Houston, Texas, Elliot graduated from Sam Houston State University with a degree in Animal Science.

Malik enters his sixth season with the Stripers in 2026. It is his ninth season in professional sports.

Prior to joining Gwinnett, he worked as a Retail Associate with the Atlanta Hawks (2020-21). He also spent two seasons as the Gameday Operations Assistant with the Atlanta Blaze (2019-20) and worked with the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta United as a volunteer in their team store.

Malik graduated from the University of West Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management in 2020. He is a native of Atlanta, Ga.

Arthur enters his fifth season with the Stripers in 2026, his first as the Stadium Operations Manager. He joined the club in 2022 as the Stadium Operations Trainee.

The Atlanta, Ga. native previously served as an intern for LSU Event Management, a stadium and event operations Graduate Assistant for Georgia State Athletics, and Stadium Operations Assistant for the AAF’s Atlanta Legends.

Arthur earned his bachelor’s degree in sports administration from Louisiana State University in 2018. He lives in Lawrenceville, Ga. with his two dogs Maya and Coco.

Matt enters his second year with the Stripers in 2026, his first as the Stadium Operations Coordinator.

Prior to joining the club as an Account Executive in Ticket Sales (2025-26), he worked as a Ticket Sales Trainee with the Atlanta Braves in 2022 and served as a Benefits Advisor with AFLAC up until he began his tenure with Gwinnett.

He graduated from the University of South Carolina in December of 2021, receiving his degree in Sport and Entertainment Management with a minor in Business Administration. As the middle child of two other brothers, Matt grew up in Florence, South Carolina but now resides here in Lawrenceville.

Carley enters her third year as the Manager of Special Events for the Gwinnett Stripers in 2026.

Before joining Gwinnett, Carley worked as the Sports Event Coordinator for ESPN Wide World of Sports at the Walt Disney World Resort for seven years. She has two Bachelor's degrees- one in Elementary Education from Tennessee Temple University and one in Intelligence and Security from Bellevue University.

She is a native of Hiram, GA, and in her free time likes to read, travel, or cheer on the Tennessee Volunteers and Atlanta Braves.

Kiley enters his 12th year with Gwinnett in 2026, his third as the Director of Field Operations. He previously served four years as the Sports Turf Assistant and five years on the gameday staff.

In addition to his time with the Stripers, he has spent 20 years coaching travel baseball, 15 years as a high school baseball coach, and 10 years as the general manager of a baseball academy.

The Sugar Hill, Georgia native has a Turfgrass Management certification from the University of Georgia.

Will joins the Stripers for his first season as Concessions Manager in 2026. He brings with him years of experience across the sports and entertainment industry.

Prior to his role with Gwinnett, he served in operational support management for some of the world's largest sporting events, gaining extensive hands-on expertise in high-volume, high-profile environments. Will has also held upper management positions in several other industries, further strengthening his leadership approach and operational insight.

A Georgia native, Will is excited to be back home and proud to bring his wealth of knowledge, management skills, and passion for service to the Stripers.

Chef Joi Miles brings dynamic culinary expertise and a decade of entertainment industry experience to the Gwinnett Stripers organization. A native of Atlanta, Chef Miles has over 10 years of experience working behind the scenes in high‑profile entertainment environments, while building a reputation for delivering exceptional food to industry leaders including Usher, Babyface, and L.A. Reid.

Now joining the Gwinnett Stripers, Chef Joi Miles is excited to bring her passion for bold flavors, elevated comfort cuisine, and guest‑focused hospitality to the ballpark. She currently resides in Dunwoody with her partner, Jessica, and remains deeply connected to the Atlanta community. Her mission is to enhance the fan and team experience through thoughtfully crafted menus that celebrate culture, community, and excellence.
