Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is ADA accessible. Guests may enter the ballpark at any of the gates. Accessible seating is available and may be purchased at the Ticket Office or by phone at 405-218-1000. Elevators are available for guests in Terrace or Club Level seating or Entertainment Suites.
There is no designated autograph period or location. Autographs are at the sole discretion of the players.
Baby Changing Tables are located in all restrooms in the ballpark. There are family restrooms located on the Third Base Concourse, Club Level, Center Field Picnic Area and Terrace.
Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is a cashless facility - including all concession stands and the OKC Comets Team Store.
All major debit and credit cards will be accepted along with Apple Pay, Google Pay and mobile transactions. In the event that you only have cash with you, you can load it onto a Ballpark Bucks card that can be used at concession locations. Comets Cash cards are available at the main ticket office.
Children ages two (2) years old and under are admitted free of charge for all events if they sit on someone in your group's lap. If they need a seat, they will need a ticket.
The Oklahoma City Dodgers are joining many other professional and collegiate venues in implementing a clear bag policy at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark. The Dodgers strongly encourage fans to not bring any type of bags into the ballpark, but fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag into the stadium:
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches. A logo no larger than 4 inches by 4 inches may be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag
• One-gallon clear, plastic re-sealable bags (Ziploc bag or similar)
• Small clutch bags, which cannot exceed 7 inches by 9 inches in size, with or without a handle or strap, can be taken in the stadium in addition to one of the clear plastic bags
• Exceptions to this policy will be made for diaper bags and all medically necessary items after proper inspection

Professional Sports Catering is the food service provider for the Oklahoma City Comets. Concession stands are located on the main concourse level behind Sections 103, 108, 112, 117 and 120. Additionally, there is a terrace concession at Section 2020. Portable stands are also located throughout the main concourse level.
Guests displaying the following conduct will be subject to removal from the ballpark:
a. interfering with other guests' game experience and ability to enjoy the game or event
b. wearing obscene or indecent clothing
c. appearing impaired or intoxicated
d. being an interference of the game or going on to the field (could also be subject to arrest)
For your convenience, there are two entrance gates to Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
- The Johnny Bench Gate is located on the southwest corner of the ballpark behind home plate.
- The Warren Spahn Gate is located on the southeast corner of the ballpark near right field.
The Oklahoma City Comets are committed to creating a family-friendly and welcoming environment at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark for all patrons. As part of that commitment, we have adopted this written policy addressing fan behavior. The policy includes a Fan Code of Conduct, describing how fans are expected to behave while at the ballpark.
Fans will be notified before and during the game through public service announcements (“PAs”) on the main video board that summarize the Fan Code of Conduct, the penalties for violation, and how to report prohibited behavior. The Fan Code of Conduct can be found at ballpark entrances, the Customer Service Booth, and within the digital PlayBall! program.
Use of derogatory language by a fan toward a player, umpire, staff, or their family members will be documented and reported to the Commissioner’s Office via email.
Fan Code of Conduct
To provide a welcoming experience for all, the Oklahoma City Comets have implemented a Fan Code of Conduct. Out of respect for fellow guests, players, coaches, and ballpark staff, all fans are prohibited from:
- Trespassing onto playing field at any time;
- Interfering with baseballs in play;
- Throwing or tossing objects of any kind;
- Using foul, obscene or derogatory language/gestures;
- Misusing or overconsuming alcohol, including, underage consumption;
- Behaving in a manner that is disruptive, unruly, or abusive;
- Accessing areas of the ballpark without a proper ticket, pass, or credential;
- Misusing tickets, passes, or credentials in any way; or
- Bringing prohibited items into the ballpark.
Derogatory language is defined as offensive language concerning a person’s race, ethnicity, gender, religion, disability, age, sexual orientation, or national origin, and anyone using such language is subject to automatic ejection from the Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
Violations of the Fan Code of Conduct will not be tolerated and may lead to ejection from the ballpark, a ban on attending future games, or other consequences. Fans who are found to have used derogatory language will be ejected from the ballpark.
Fans are encouraged to report violations of the Fan Code of Conduct to the nearest ballpark staff member, the Customer Service Booth behind section 113, or by texting 405-383-6124.
Reporting An Incident
Any game-day staff member who witnesses or receives a report of prohibited fan behavior by a fan must report the incident to dispatch immediately. This can be done by contacting your immediate supervisor, notifying a nearby security staff member, or by texting 405-383-6124 and giving a detailed description of the fan(s) in question, their behavior, and their location.
Following all Friday night home games the OKC Comets present Friday Night Fireworks for fans in attendance.
Please note the following gate opening times for Comets games:
Tuesday through Thursday evening games in April, May, August, and September: Gates open 35 minutes prior to first pitch.
All other games, including all Friday, Saturday, and Sunday games: Gates open 1 hour and 5 minutes prior to first pitch.
- This includes 11:05 a.m. and 12:05 p.m. games and weeknight games in July and August.

The Oklahoma City Comets have implemented a variety of health and safety measures to ensure that Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark is a safe venue for events. This includes but is not limited to:
• If guests are not feeling well, they are asked to not attend a game or event at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark.
• Guests are encouraged to wear a face covering, over their nose and mouth, to protect themselves and others at all times, except when actively eating or drinking.
• The Oklahoma City Comets will ensure a rhythm of cleaning and sanitize above a regular schedule. This includes the cleaning of all flat surfaces, including but not limited to concessions counters, drink rails, door handles, and restroom sinks and counters.
• Increased hand sanitizer stations on all levels of the ballpark, including both public areas and employee offices.
• Depending on regular duties, many staff members will be required to wear protective gloves in accordance with the most recent guidelines from health authorities.
• Any staff member that is not feeling well will not be allowed into the ballpark.
The Official OKC Comets Team Store is located behind Section 102 near the Mickey Mantle Gate. Team Store kiosks are also available for you to shop at on the concourse.
The OKC Comets offers a special military gift. To obtain this gift, you must purchase tickets at the OKC Comets Ticket Office and present a valid Military ID.

Only authorized personnel will be permitted on the field before and during games. Any unauthorized person entering the field or the top of the dugouts will be removed from teh ballpark and be subject to arrest.
Guests visiting Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark have several options for parking. For easy access to the ballpark, the Oklahoma City Comets' Joe Carter Lot is available on game days (based on availability) and other non-baseball events. The Joe Carter Lot is located at the corner of Reno Ave. and Joe Carter Ave. It is on the east side of the ballpark.
The peddling or vending of merchandise or printed materials at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark or surrounding grounds is not allowed. The Oklahoma City Comets must grant written permission for these activities.

Each guest assumes all risks and danger arising from the action of players, coaches and officials on the field, before, during, or after the actual occurrence of the event. Such risks and danger include, but are not limited to being injured by objects such as bats, balls, bases, helmets, and promotional merchandise which are thrown, batted, kicked, shot, tossed, etc. from the field, bullpens, dugouts, photographer's well and other areas on the stadium grounds. Guests voluntarily agree that the management, facility, city, league, participants, participating clubs, and all of their respective agents, officers, directors, owners, and employees are expressly released by ticket holder from any claims arising from such causes.

Guests should sit only in the seats for which they hold valid tickets. Guests may be asked to show their ticket stub if there is confusion over a specific seat.
Smoking is prohibited anywhere at Chickasaw Bricktown Ballpark, including plazas and parking lots. This includes all forms of smoking, including but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, vapor cigarettes and electronic cigarettes. If you wish to exit the ballpark to smoke, you must have your ticket and follow the re-entry process.
