Planning Your Group Event
When should I book my group outing? In general, you should book your group outing as soon as possible. Many of our hospitality areas sell out weeks or months in advance. Fireworks nights, giveaway dates, and midweek matinee games are usually the first dates to fill up.
What if I need help in making my decision? We're here to help craft an event that fits your specific objectives, budget, and audience size. Fill out the group inquiry form, and we'll have a group event specialist contact you.
How do I pay for a group outing? Booking a group outing with us is easy. In fact, you can even do it over the phone. Give us the information, and we’ll set up your event. Group tickets require a nonrefundable $100 deposit at the time of reservation. Suites and hospitality areas require a deposit of 50%. The balance is due 14 days prior to your event.
Where does my group park? The SeaWolves do not operate parking near the ballpark. However, there are many nearby lots, garages, and on-street parking at reasonable rates. The nearest Erie Parking Authority garage is located at 10th & French Streets.
What types of catering do you offer? All hospitality areas have catering options and/or a catering menu available. For the most current menus, click on the above hospitality area graphics. No outside food or beverages may be brought into UPMC Park.
Do you have fundraising opportunities? Yes, we do. It typically consists of your group or organization purchasing tickets at a discounted rate, and then re-selling them to raise money for your cause. Please fill out the group inquiry form, and we can assist you with this process.
What time do gates open? When should my guests arrive? The main entry gate (Gate #1) opens about one hour prior to the scheduled game time unless otherwise noted for special events. The Captain's Club gate (Gate #2), opens 15 minutes earlier than the main gate. Example: For a 6:05 PM start, the main gate opens at 5 PM and the Captain's Club gate opens at 4:45 PM.
